Residents are expected to attend all academic conferences geared to their level of training. Attendance will be taken and maintained in the E*value on-line tracking system. Attendance will be included in the resident overall portfolio and used to assess competence. Acceptable reasons for not attending conferences include urgent patient care needs, and fulfillment of the work hour limit requirements (Section 405).

Daily (while on inpatient service Y2 and Y3)
- Interdisciplinary rounds: (nurses and social workers discuss admitted patients/dispo plans)

- Epilepsy/ EEG Review Rounds
Weekly
- Chief of Service Rounds: Division Head weekly
- Morning Report/Intake Rounds: Service Attending of the Week
- Pediatric Neurology Grand Rounds
- Neurology Grand Rounds
- Neuroradiology rounds
- Neurosurgery rounds (on service Y2 and Y3)
- Wednesday, chief of service lectures
- Neuroopthalmology rounds
- Tuesday-Thursday noontime lecture series
- Chief of Service Rounds
Monthly
- Morbidity and Mortality Conferences
- Journal club Conference
- Clinicopathological/ Evidence Based Medicine
