This Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship Handbook is intended as a reference for all Clinical Neurophysiology fellows and clinical faculty.
Welcome!
Welcome to the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship Program at the Neurological Institute of New York
and the Columbia University/New York-Presbyterian Medical Center. We are very pleased to have you
here and we look forward to working with you during the next year. In this handbook, we have provided
an overview of important information about the program, including the goals and objectives of the
program and the individual rotations, our intended methods of monitoring and evaluating your progress,
hospital policies, the responsibilities of residents assigned to each of the different services, and schedules
for your year.
Additional information should be sought from Dr. Anil Mendiratta, Program Director and Dr. Christina Ulane or your Program Coordinator Ashley Chang at adc2193@cumc.columbia.edu. Drs. Mendiratta, Benson, and Ulane will meet with you quarterly and are available to meet with you as needed.
We look forward to getting to know you during this next year, and we wish you every success as you
begin your career in clinical neurophysiology. Welcome aboard!
