- The curriculum must include the equivalent of at least six months of full-time patient care in inpatient and outpatient epilepsy. (Core)

Required Case Logs include:
- Routine EEGs: 50 as the primary reviewer, including responsibility for the main writing of the report. (Core)
- Phase 1 scalp monitoring (prolonged, overnight studies): 20 as the primary reviewer, including responsibility for the report. (Core)
- Phase 2 intracranial monitoring, including subdural grid, depth, and intra-operative electrocorticography recordings: five as the primary reviewer, including responsibility for the report. (Core)
